Kioku by Endo

Kioku by Endo sits atop The OWO, the former Old War Office on Whitehall, created by third-generation sushi master Endo Kazutoshi. Kioku means memory in Japanese, and the philosophy of creating unforgettable moments runs through the menus, interiors and private hire.
