Creative Restaurant Group

Creative Restaurant Group is a London collection of restaurant brands, co-founded by entrepreneur Anastasia Bukhman with sushi master Endo Kazutoshi as culinary director and Milena Floyd as managing director. Its brands include ENDO, SUMI, Kioku by Endo and IGNI. The group is based at 4 Princes Street in London and takes applications at careers@creativerg.com.

ENDO

ENDO is sushi master Endo Kazutoshi's omakase restaurant. A third-generation chef, he built his reputation at Endo at the Rotunda in White City, and is moving the restaurant to a new ten-seat counter in Chelsea. Part of Creative Restaurant Group.

IGNI

IGNI is a wood-fired fine dining restaurant on St George Street in Mayfair, led by executive chef Theo Clench. The site previously traded as Humo, and its food hygiene registration is still held in that name. Part of Creative Restaurant Group.

Kioku by Endo

Kioku by Endo is a modern Japanese restaurant, sake bar and terrace atop The OWO on Whitehall, created by third-generation sushi master Endo Kazutoshi. Kioku means memory in Japanese. Part of Creative Restaurant Group.

SUMI

SUMI is a sushi and Japanese restaurant in Notting Hill, the little sister to Endo Kazutoshi's Michelin-starred Endo at the Rotunda and named after his mother. Elegant and refined but warm and casual, it is led by executive chef Christian Onia and is expanding to a second site in Marylebone. Part of Creative Restaurant Group.
