The UK's first independent Japanese sake bar, shop and eatery, across the ground floor and basement of 7-8 Maiden Lane. Craft sake by the 60ml serve, sommelier-led flights, hot sake by the carafe, Japanese shochu, gin, absinthe, whisky and Baird beers, plus cocktails from a Taiwan-trained head bartender (from 5pm Tuesday to Thursday, all day Friday to Sunday). Obento boxes and otsumami Japanese tapas to pair; every bottle available to buy and take away. Sake School classes, bespoke tastings and private events. Tuesday and Wednesday 12pm-12am, Thursday to Saturday 12pm-12:30am, Sunday 12pm-10pm. Closed Monday.
