Shieldaig Lodge is the Original Collection's Victorian hunting lodge on the shore of Gair Loch at Badachro in the West Highlands. The dining room looks over the loch and serves a fine-dining menu that changes daily around the estate larder: rare-breed lamb, Highland beef, lobster, oysters and hand-dived scallops, with à la carte and five-course tasting menus, a shellfish and creel-fishing experience, afternoon tea, private dining, dog-friendly dining in the bar and a collection of more than 250 whiskies.
