SUSHISAMBA London Covent Garden is a SUSHISAMBA restaurant and bar blending the cuisine and culture of Japan, Brazil and Peru — sushi and tempura, churrasco and moqueca, anticuchos and seviches from an open kitchen and robata grill, served small-plate style for sharing. On the Opera Terrace atop the Grade II-listed Covent Garden Market Building, running the full east side of the market beneath an Eric Parry-designed glass roof with rooftop views across the piazza. Open Sun–Thu 12pm–1am and Fri–Sat 12pm–1:30am.
