SUSHISAMBA London Heron Tower is a SUSHISAMBA restaurant and bar blending the cuisine and culture of Japan, Brazil and Peru — sushi and tempura, churrasco and moqueca, anticuchos and seviches from an open kitchen and robata grill, served small-plate style for sharing. Set on the 38th and 39th floors of Heron Tower with the highest outdoor dining terraces in Europe and 360-degree views over the City, reached by two panoramic glass lifts. Home to the signature orange-tree sculpture on the Tree Terrace and the SAMBAROOM cocktail bar and lounge, with DJs on Rio After Dark Fridays and Sundown Sessions.
