temper City is a temper open-fire steakhouse and BBQ restaurant: rare-breed British beef from a single North Yorkshire farm, butchered and dry-aged in house and grilled over a custom fire pit in an open kitchen, with smoky tacos, slow-cooked barbecue, cocktails, Taco Tuesday and whole-venue private hire. A 240-cover room four minutes from Bank, with a lobster and steak bottomless brunch on Saturdays. Open Mon–Fri 12–10.15pm, Sat 12–4pm; closed Sun.
