The Ledbury

Brett Graham's three-Michelin-star restaurant across the ground floor and basement of 127 Ledbury Road, established 2005. A seasonal tasting menu built on the best British produce and meat reared on the restaurant's own farms: six-course (£220) or eight-course (£270) lunch, evening tasting menu (£295), with discovery, classic and prestige wine pairings. Corkage £75 a bottle; 12.5% discretionary service. The kitchen cannot cater for vegan, dairy-free, egg-free or soy-free diets or severe allergies. Reservations via OpenTable. Lunch and dinner Wednesday to Saturday, lunch on Sunday; closed Monday and Tuesday.
