The Unicorn is a Black Country Ales real ale pub at 66 Corve Street, Ludlow. Dating from the early 1600s, The Unicorn is a traditional, welcoming pub just a short walk from Ludlow town centre. Tucked at the bottom of the hill near Ludlow Brewery, it’s reached through an archway that opens onto a scenic riverside garden beside the Corve. Reopened by Black Country Ales in May 2025 following a careful refurbishment, the pub has been sympathetically restored inside and out, with original features retained throughout. Two rear rooms have been brought back into use as additional drinking areas or meeting spaces, and the garden patio now offers a pleasant spot to enjoy a summer’s evening. The bar has 10 handpumps of cask ale alongside traditional bar snacks such as cobs and pork pies. Open Mon–Thu 12pm–11pm, Fri–Sat 12pm–midnight, Sun 12pm–11pm.
