Trullo

Trullo is chef Tim Siadatan's Italian restaurant on St Paul's Road in Highbury, cooking from a charcoal grill to a menu that changes daily. Bread is proved and baked in house each morning, and the signature dish is pappardelle with beef shin ragu, eight hours in the making. Siadatan is the author of The Trullo Cookbook, a British take on Italian cooking. Lunch: Monday to Sunday 12:30-15:00. Dinner: Monday to Thursday 18:00-22:30, Friday and Saturday 17:30-22:30, Sunday 17:30-21:30. Trullo Bar: Monday to Thursday from 18:00, Friday and Saturday from 17:30, and Sundays on bank holiday weekends only from 17:30. Bank holiday and event days may differ. Private hire is available, and the restaurant is a sister to Padella.
