Angelina

Angelina is a family-owned London restaurant group serving Itameshi - Italian cooking with Japanese ingredients and influences. It runs two sites: the original Angelina on Dalston Lane, which serves a changing Kondate set menu, and its sister Osteria Angelina in Spitalfields, a more casual a la carte osteria with an open kitchen and a visible pasta lab. Both take their inspiration from Italy and Japan, challenge the notion of authenticity, and buy what is in peak condition rather than working to a rigid menu, supporting farmers and artisans and preserving traditional techniques.
