Dovetail Bars

Dovetail Bars is a small London group of hidden cocktail bars: the original Dovetail in Covent Garden, now at 3 Henrietta Street in partnership with Hawaiian street-food restaurant El Ta'koy; the flagship Dovetail Leicester Square, a late-night balcony bar in the former Empire Theatre open until 4am at weekends; and Brass Dove, an intimate basement bar beneath Hotori on New Fetter Lane with a rotating library of rare rums and whiskies. The bars run private hire, brand events and cocktail masterclasses, and the team also offers bar consultancy and menu development.
