Brass Dove

Brass Dove is Dovetail's newest bar, an intimate basement cocktail bar beneath Hotori, a Japanese yakitori and Edomae sushi restaurant on New Fetter Lane near Chancery Lane. It specialises in classic serves, premium spirits and a constantly rotating library of rare, limited and hard-to-find rums and whiskies, with Hotori's food available, private hire, brand events and cocktail masterclasses. Open Tue 5pm–midnight, Wed–Sat 4pm–midnight; closed Sun–Mon.
