Dovetail Covent Garden is the original Dovetail bar, a cosy, clandestine cocktail spot just off the Covent Garden Piazza. It moved from Russell Street to 3 Henrietta Street, where it partners with El Ta'koy to serve Hawaiian street food alongside its signature cocktails, and offers private hire. Open Mon–Thu 4pm–11:30pm, Fri 4pm–midnight, Sat 1pm–midnight, Sun 4pm–10:30pm.
