Takusan

Takusan is a Surrey-born Japanese canteen brand serving high-quality, fresh Japanese food to eat in, take away or deliver: hot dishes such as katsu, donburi, hot pot, yakisoba and bento alongside made-to-order sushi from sustainably sourced fish, all created by executive chef Nabin Ghale. It began as a to-go kitchen in Oxted, added a canteen counter at Market Halls Victoria in London, and opened its first full canteen restaurant and bar in Caterham on 19 August 2026.
