Takusan Victoria is Takusan's Japanese canteen counter inside the Market Halls Victoria food hall, serving fume poke, salads, kare, bento and sushi — hot Japanese dishes (katsu, donburi, hot pot, yakisoba, yaki udon, bento) and made-to-order sushi from sustainably sourced fish, under executive chef Nabin Ghale. Food and drinks served all day, Market Halls hours.
