Takusan Caterham

Takusan Caterham is Takusan's first full Japanese canteen restaurant and bar, opened 19 August 2026 on Croydon Road, to eat in or to go — hot Japanese dishes (katsu, donburi, hot pot, yakisoba, yaki udon, bento) and made-to-order sushi from sustainably sourced fish, under executive chef Nabin Ghale. Restaurant open Mon–Thu 12–2.30pm and 5–10pm, Fri 12–2.30pm and 5–10pm, Sat 12–10.30pm, Sun 12–9pm; bar until 11pm (Fri–Sat 11.30pm, Sun 10pm).
