Brat x Climpson's Arch is Brat's wood-fire restaurant in a railway arch by London Fields — begun as a 2020 residency and now permanent — with large-party and private-hire space. Kitchen open Wed–Thu 5–10pm, Fri–Sat 12–10pm, Sun 12–9pm; closed Mon–Tue. Part of Super 8 Restaurants: an independent group hiring chefs, waiters and managers at all levels via careers.super8.rest, with tronc on top of base pay and a culture built around producers, wine and butchery.
