Steve and Julie have managed the Butchers Arms since 2008. In the heart of Thurnscoe, it has a car park at the front and a large beer garden at the rear that hosts family fun days and barbecues through the summer. Inside there are two pool tables, a darts board, juke box and games machines, and both darts and pool teams always looking for new players. The main lounge bar was fully refurbished in 2017 and the pub carries Sky and TNT Sports on several large screens across both sides. Part of Quality Taverns.
