Dehesa is Salt Yard Group's charcuterie and tapas bar on Ganton Street, inspired by the cuisine and wines of Spain and Italy. Head Chef Marcin Ciesielski's seasonal small plates — patatas bravas, crispy cod cheeks and more — are served across a bustling dining room, a bijou wine-cellar private room and Soho's largest heated corner terrace. Open Mon–Thu 12–10pm, Fri–Sat 12–10.30pm, Sun 12–9pm.
