Goodman Mayfair

Maddox Street is the first Goodman, the 2008 original and the group's flagship, with much of the team there since the beginning. Beef is dry-aged on site for a minimum of 30 days in the restaurant's own ageing room, then cut and trimmed by hand each day for the specials board known as The Cut. Monday 17:00-22:30. Tuesday to Friday 12:00-15:00 and 17:00-22:30. Saturday 12:00-22:00. Closed Sunday. Last reservations 22:00, last orders 22:15.
