We are looking for an energetic, reliable individual to become the welcoming face of our restaurant in Birmingham.
In this role, you will deliver exceptional service, maintain a positive atmosphere, and ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Contract & Working Schedule
Contract Type: Zero-Hours Contract (Part-Time)
Availability Needed: 3 to 4 days per week
Duties & Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and show them to their tables
Take accurate food and beverage orders using our EPOS system
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of floor presentation
Answer guest questions regarding menu items, specials, and dietary options
Keep dining areas, tables, and service stations clean, tidy, and organized
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and handle requests promptly
Assist with general service preparation and floor support
Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, but full training will be provided for candidates with a great attitude
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to stay organized and calm during busy service periods
Basic math skills for handling guest payments accurately
Excellent punctuality and reliability
