Organic sourdough made on site and fermented for 24 hours, baked light and airy and topped after the oven with seasonal Italian produce; montanarine, salads, tiramisù and Italian craft beer and wine alongside. Open Monday to Thursday 11.30am–10pm, Friday and Saturday 11.30am–10.30pm, Sunday 11.30am–9pm.
