The Embankment is a beautiful Grade II listed building by Trent Bridge, opened in 1907 as a Boots pharmacy and later the Boots social club, restored in 2015 with eight distinct areas including the Dispensary bar, a conservatory and a large beer garden, with the elegant Lord Trent Room and Jesse Boot's office upstairs for hire. A Castle Rock pub. Open Mon-Thu 12pm-10pm, Fri-Sat 12pm-11pm, Sun 12pm-7pm.
