A newly refurbished pub with an upstairs live music space, directly opposite Highbury & Islington station and one of the only late-night bars offering live music in the area. A laid-back ground-floor pub is paired with a 150-capacity room upstairs for emerging artists, in a space that originally opened as Upstairs At The Garage — where Jeff Buckley, The Killers, Sheryl Crow, Mogwai and Grimes all played. Alongside gigs and late-night parties under more than 50 disco balls, it runs comedy, quizzes and talks, with bar snacks served.
