The Vat and Fiddle is the brewery tap, a 1930s art deco building beneath the iconic blue tower of Castle Rock Brewery, with 13 cask beers showcasing the widest range of Castle Rock beers alongside guests, an award-winning cider selection, keg, bottle and can beers, and the adjoining Golding's Room and visitors' centre. A Castle Rock pub. Open Mon-Wed 12pm-9pm, Thu-Sat 12pm-11pm, Sun 12pm-9pm. Food Wed-Thu 12pm-3pm and 5pm-8pm, Fri-Sat 12pm-8pm.
